As a career-driven woman, I’ve constantly been faced with the challenge to balance my life between work and leisure. Growing up, my mother worked 2 to 3 jobs to help make ends meet. I worked in corporate and sympathetically watched mothers having to choose their career over their children and it broke my heart. The sacrifices I have had to see growing up and into my professional career shaped my path to try to find a way to have the best of both worlds – being able to be there for my family while enjoying the satisfaction of working and helping others.
Choosing my family and chasing my passion has given me the opportunity to find that balance – because I believe that an authentic, fulfilling life is so much more than a nine to five job.
Doing something you don’t like is called WORK; doing something you love is called PASSION.
Entrepreneurship is a journey of stepping stones: you start in one place and as you learn what your customer wants, you jump up and grow with them.
In 2010, I moved from Brussels to Los Angeles, and at the same time, jumped from being an investment banker to an entrepreneur. I started my journey as a photographer and began working with clients that I not only loved to be around but also considered friends. Quickly, my background in information technologies, finance, and marketing shined through to my clients and I began to offer solutions to help their brand in the digital world through Natalie Minh Interactive, a fitness digital creative agency. As my client base grew, we added coders, project managers, graphic designers, and social media analysts.
During this same time, I learned that my customer really needed sound business entrepreneurship education and so I acquired FMI Guild, a 501c3 NPO whose mission is to build Business Leaders within the Fitness Industry. By offering online accredited education and live Summits, we have been able to be a part of so many success stories and create a unique community that supports each others pursuits.
In Q1 2016, I will be opening up my next venture called Interesting.Agency, which is a full service integrative agency servicing mid to large sized clients.

I learned about work ethic watching my mother growing up. I learned to work at breakneck speed straight through a top 10 business school, completing a double MBA/MS Finance in 2.5 years, while skipping 27 credits and working full time. I began my Fortune 500 career in information technologies at age 17, living in the office and working through the weekends to execute global upgrades and putting out technical fires. I learned to grind even harder as an investment banker during the worst financial environment since the Great Depression, negotiating thousands of pages of legal documents and financial analysis. Closing deals meant working through document turns until 4am and coming back in the office at 8am.
I bring this same work ethic and commitment to excellence to my clients today. Every member of my team shares that same attention to detail and workhorse ethic because we all take pride in our work and our clients’ successes.
